First Burgers of Memorial Day Weekend

So we’re kicking off summer a little early in my house. Simple burgers but potato bread buns, sharp cheddar and waygu beef patties.

What can I say? I grill better with a beer in my hand.

Sidebar… I remember when Belching Beaver’s Phantom Bride IPA came in a black can… tastes the same though. 10/10!

Switching to a Sierra Nevada classic pale for a heavier meal.
